- We moved to the North Carolina Mountains 8 years ago and it felt like quite a risky move at the time. I’ve never grown tired of my daily 3 mile walk loop even though I’ve seen some of these scenes a thousand times.
- We had to take our Russian Blue cat Valentine to the vet today for a minor issue. This is more complicated than it seems these days. Instructions involved leaving her at the door after calling to announce we had arrived. She was not amused but is now back at home and just knocked my toothpaste tube off the counter while meowing at me for attention. Must be feeling better.
